		<description>Very much agree - there seems to be a lot of marketing with promises of quick wins when to do well takes time, patience and committment.

However I would add it is better to do something rather than nothing at all, but you should be realistic of what can be achieved.</description>

You rightly point out that it&#039;s not quick, it&#039;s not simple and it&#039;s not just about buying software. Be realistic. Be patient. Be consistent. Amen!

Frankly, everyone needs a dose of reality, which is why they need to hire your company or mine.
